(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers and businesses with us via the online shop at gardita.com.<\/p>\n

The purchase contract is concluded with: (1) The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer but an invitation to place an order.<\/p>\n (2) You can add products to the cart and enter your details during checkout. Before submitting, you can check and correct all details. By clicking the button \u201cPlace order and pay\u201d, you submit a binding offer to purchase the goods in the cart.<\/p>\n (3) Immediately afterwards you will receive an automatic email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation of receipt does not yet constitute acceptance of the offer.
